How do I verify my identity (KYC)?

To verify your identity, go to your Profile > Identification tab. You will need to upload a photo of a government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID) and complete a quick facial recognition scan. Verification is automated and typically takes less than 5 minutes.

Can I create a corporate/institutional account?

Yes. We offer specialized accounts for institutions, hedge funds, and family offices. Corporate accounts require additional documentation including Articles of Incorporation and UBO information. Please contact institutional@assetvento.com to begin.

What should I do if I lost my 2FA device?

If you have your 16-digit backup key saved, you can simply restore it on a new device. If you do not have the backup key, you must submit a support ticket requesting a manual 2FA reset. This process takes 24-48 hours and requires facial verification for security.

Why is my crypto deposit not showing up?

Deposits require a specific number of blockchain confirmations before they are credited. Bitcoin requires 2 confirmations (~20 mins), while Ethereum requires 12 confirmations (~3 mins). Please check the transaction status on a block explorer using your TXID.

What are the withdrawal limits?

Unverified Users: $2,000 USD / Day equivalent.
Level 1 Verified: $50,000 USD / Day equivalent.
Level 2 Verified: $1,000,000 USD / Day equivalent.
For higher limits, please apply for an Institutional Account.

Do you support fiat currency deposits?

Yes. You can deposit USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD via Bank Transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) or Credit Card (Simplex/MoonPay). Bank transfers typically take 1-3 business days to settle.

What are the trading fees?

Our standard fee is 0.10% for both Makers and Takers. Fees can be reduced by holding VENTO tokens or by achieving higher monthly trading volumes (VIP Tiers). Futures trading fees start at 0.02% Maker / 0.04% Taker.

What is the difference between Isolated and Cross Margin?

Isolated Margin: Limits the risk to a specific position. Only the margin allocated to that position can be liquidated.
Cross Margin: Shares your entire account balance across all open positions to prevent liquidation. This carries higher risk as your whole balance can be lost.

I'm getting a "Rate Limit Exceeded" error on the API.
