How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
Go to Profile › Identification. Upload a government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID) and complete a quick facial scan. Verification is automated and typically takes under 5 minutes.
Can I open a corporate or institutional account?
Yes. Corporate accounts require Articles of Incorporation and UBO information. Contact institutional@assetvento.com to begin.
What if I lose my 2FA device?
If you saved your 16-digit backup key, restore it on a new device. Without the backup key, submit a support ticket requesting a manual 2FA reset. This takes 24–48 hours and requires facial verification.
Why is my crypto deposit not showing up?
Deposits require blockchain confirmations before crediting. Bitcoin needs 2 confirmations (~20 min), Ethereum needs 12 (~3 min). Check your TXID on a block explorer to monitor progress.
What are the withdrawal limits?
Unverified: $2,000/day · Level 1 Verified: $50,000/day · Level 2 Verified: $1,000,000/day. For higher limits, apply for an Institutional Account.
Do you support fiat currency deposits?
Yes — USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD via Bank Transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) or Credit Card (Simplex/MoonPay). Bank transfers typically settle in 1–3 business days.
What are the trading fees?
Standard fee is 0.10% Maker/Taker. Fees reduce by holding VENTO tokens or via VIP volume tiers. Futures start at 0.02% Maker / 0.04% Taker.
What is the difference between Isolated and Cross Margin?
Isolated Margin limits risk to one position — only that margin can be liquidated. Cross Margin shares your full balance to prevent liquidation but risks your entire account if positions move against you.
I'm getting a "Rate Limit Exceeded" API error.
Public API limit is 1,200 requests/minute per IP. Private endpoints: 120 req/sec. Implement exponential backoff or contact support to request higher throughput.
The mobile app is crashing on my device.
Update to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store — it includes stability patches. If the issue persists after updating, contact support with your device model and OS version.
